Well I woke up to some snow in Canada’s Nation Capital this morning. On my way into work I saw a Astro van almost completely covered in snow, with only about a 2/3rds of the windshield cleared off. Headlights covered too.
What possess someone to think that hey its shit out roads are slippy, viability is poor lets just sweep off a tiny bit of this opaque white substance on my vehicle?

Wow. I expect that from idiots in Massachusetts, but I expected more from polite Canadians who see more snow than we do.
How many of them were driving white, grey, or silver cars with no lights on? I suppose mandatory DRLs make this less of a problem there...
